Our 40-question IQ test is a fun and free way to test your intellectual abilities! The quiz takes place completely online and once you complete it we'll tell you what your IQ score is, all you have to do is answer the 40 questions and finish the test to find out your IQ and check your score against the world population average!
As we wrote in our article about Intellectual Quotient, IQ tests give you a result related to your ability to solve problems you have never faced, in fact we will offer you 40 questions with 40 problems (riddles, puzzles, etc.) to solve and based on your answers you can find out your score.
Why an IQ Test with 40 questions?
Because we want to give those with more time to spare the opportunity to test themselves with a long test with different types of questions and difficulty levels.
But if you are short on time, you can also find shorter IQ tests on our site, from 10 or 20 questions, for example.
How does this 40-question IQ test work?
The way it works is based on the classic multiple-choice test model: we will propose 40 questions of logical, visual, and mathematical type, and you will have to answer among the four alternatives we propose. Remember that there is always only one correct answer.
The questions are of varying difficulty to better assess your IQ, so you will have to be very careful and take your time to answer them correctly. There are no time limits precisely to give you all the time you need to best answer the questions.
At the end of each question we will tell you whether the answer was correct or incorrect, but we will not tell you what the correct answer was, so if you want to test yourself again you can do so as many times as you like.
Also at the end of the quiz we will give you your score and show you a summary of the results related to the 40 questions, so you can realize how many you guessed right. You'll also be able to see what your IQ is compared to the world population average. Also at the end of the quiz you will also have the opportunity to retake the test to improve your score and to share it with your friends and challenge them to do better.
